            BitmapImage bi = new BitmapImage();
            bi.BeginInit();
            bi.UriSource = new Uri(@"E:ChartControlHanYangChartControlImageMainBackground.jpg");
            bi.EndInit();

            fe.SetValue(Image.SourceProperty, bi);
